生產(chǎn)線主要由多用爐，清洗機，高（低）溫回火爐，料車，升降備料臺，固定備料臺以及多用爐控制系統(tǒng)組成。根據(jù)客戶需求，可對設(shè)備進行自由組合排列。根據(jù)客戶場地要求，設(shè)備布置方式可以采用直線型布置或者雙向方式布置。

        This production line mainly consists of multi-purpose furnace, cleaner, high (low) temperature tempering furnace, skip trolley, lifting feeding preparation platform, fixed feeding preparation platform and multi-purpose furnace control system. The equipment can be freely combined and arranged according to customer requirements. The equipment can be arranged in a straight line or two ways according to the requirements of the customer's site.

       本生產(chǎn)線既適用于大批量生產(chǎn)，也可用于小批量多品種生產(chǎn)。適用于各種類型的復(fù)雜零件滲碳、碳氮共滲、保護氣氛下的無氧化加熱淬火、正火、退火等，使用范圍廣泛。

       This production line is suitable for both mass production and production of small batches and multiple varieties. It is widely applicable to carburizing, carbonitriding, non-oxidizing heating quenching, normalizing and annealing of various types of complex parts under protective atmosphere.
